What's happening

What's happening with my ARP? Well, my most pressing decision is not over research. It is about how I should go about designing my web page for my class? Should I stick with Dreamweaver and learn more-maybe take a class or read a book? Will I be able to link my page to my school's page? How will I do this? Or should I go with the web site that has templates for classroom web pages? Will this be more practical and easier to maintain on a daily basis? Will it still show effort and learning if I use a template from a site? I think so because it is all new to me. Anyway, I would like to get going on my web site, because I keep talking about it and there's nothing to show for it. I hope that I can get some clarity as to which would be the better road to take in this journey.
